Booking Condition

An initial payment of 25% is required on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. If you book less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, full payment is required.
Unfortunately payments cannot be returned in the event of cancellation unless we are able to relet the property. Holiday insurance is recommended.
