| The Pavilion is a small converted barn with exposed beams, in its own ½ acre paddock, (opposite the farm) with lovely views of the surrounding rural area. Garden
furniture and BBQ. |

2 (plus 2 children). Ground floor: Open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. Heated slate floor Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, with heated slate floor and heated towel rail. 1 double bedroom, with double bed, large wardrobe and fitted carpet. Hayloft with open tread stairs to very small mezzanine floor with low sloping ceilings and twin beds. (this room is suitable for children as it only has full ceiling height in the middle of the room, between the twin beds). |

Electric thermostatic heaters, underfloor heating. All bed linen (duvets) and
towels. Electric included. Ample parking. Stereo/CD and TV. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, washer/drier and microwave oven. |
