The Pavilion at Blue House Farm
We are situated in an AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty), high on the North Downs of Kent.

Warren Street is a small hamlet, with only a handful of houses and a pub, which is 100 metres away, and serves home cooked food. It is very peaceful, but only 5 mins from the A20 and a good road network.

There are several golf courses in the area and many other sporting attractions.

We are near the Pilgrims Way, Ideal for walking (lots of footpaths and glorious bluebells late April /May) and pony trekking (stables 5 mins away). Enjoy our delicious free-range eggs and see our Sussex beef cows with their calves.
Walking: numerous footpaths across fields, along the Pilgrims Way, and in the many woods.

The medieval village of Lenham is 3 miles away. It has a village square with many shops, including a butcher, bakers and grocery store with a delicatessen. Or perhaps stroll around the antique/ collectible shops, the individual boutiques or art shop before being pampered at the beauty room. Then finish the afternoon with tea at one of the tea rooms.
There is also a choice of pubs and restaurants.

London just over 1 hr by train (nearest station in Lenham village 3 miles away) or by car.
Eurostar Ashford station 9 miles away or take a day trip to France via Dover, 40 mins drive
